The Hillview Garden Village is located about 8km from Gumusluk, 4km from Yalikavak and 20km from Bodrum. Both the latter resorts have large marinas and beaches. There are regular "domus" shuttle bus services available from Hillview Gardens to all three and further afield.
Gumusluk with its beautiful beaches and seafront restaurants lies to the west. Water sports are plentiful on Gumbet beach, adjacent to Bodrum.

Bodrum itself is a vibrant, bustling town with superb shopping and food markets, harbour interest, great cuisine & historic sites. Bodrum Bay is considered to be one of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world.

Travel: During the spring/summer/early autumn there are numerous regional flights from the UK to Bodrum airport and a new Easy Jet service has started for 2010. During the winter season there are direct charter flights from London, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham. Scheduled airlines operate year round flights to Bodrum via Istanbul. Bodrum can be accessed by ferry from Rhodes and Kos Town making it a perfect way to visit two countries in one holiday. Car hire and airport pick-up is available by prior arrangement. Bodrum International airport is about 45 minutes by car from our apartment

There are numerous sporting activities available locally. Water sports are particularly popular - water skiing, diving and boat hire. There are many boat and diving trips available from Yalikavak and Bodrum. There are daily ferries to Kos and Rhodes in Greece.
The local bus service collects from the village depending on demand to run you to Yalikavak or Bodrum.

Taxis run all day and night but if you want to explore the spectacular scenery, hire a car. Transfers to and from the Airport can be arranged, as can car hire and excursions.
